The Contract shall comprise of the yearly testing of emergency generators at Shropshire Council sites along with those of other external clients to the Client.
The Contract shall comprise of the twice-yearly inspection of the generator for the IT Suite at ShirehallFixed price tenders are being invited to the period 1st April 2019 - 31st March 2020. Thereafter, the contract may be extended for a further three years (up to 31st March 2022) subject to satisfactory performance during the contract year.
Prices submitted are for the duration of the Contract and fixed.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
