OCC requires specialist services to manage the delivery of tower refurbishment in line with legislative requirements, best practice and contract requirements.

To provide relevant accredited services and expertise for the following:

o Contract Administrator / Management o Project Management o Clerk of Works o QS o Specialist Technical Services as required. - Demonstrable accredited supply chain that can provide structural engineering, fire safety, building and surveying services on an ad hoc basis as required
