1. Removal of asbestos-containing materials throughout the project areas
2. Replacing of the existing main flat roof area
3. Upgrading the existing toilet facilities with new cubicles and finishes
4. Refurbishment of ceiling, wall, and floor finishes throughout the project areas
5. Associated mechanical and electrical service works, and decoration to accommodate the new project areas.
