he London Borough of Hounslow is seeking an experienced architect-led practice to be appointed to provide Hounslow with full 'one-stop-shop' multidisciplinary consultant services for design and delivery of the project
The consultant will be required to include or cover the following disciplines in the services provided, engaging other firms as subconsultants if not already employed 'in-house' - o Architect (Lead Designer) o Principal Designer (CDM Regs) o Project Manager (Delivery-side) o Cost Consultant (QS) o Structural & Civil Engineer o Building Services (M&E) Engineer & Energy Consultant o Landscape Architect o Acoustic Consultant o Fire Safety Consultant* o Contract Administrator/Employer's Agent o Clerk of Works (for periodic inspection)
