Procurement of an OPAL-RT OP4610XG (or Equivalent) real-time power system simulation platform for research and student use within the university's department of Electronic Engineering. This requirement also includes an agreement (subject to available funding/requirements) for any associated requirements (upgrades, additional modelling scenarios) over the next three years.
