To undertake all PDF works and provide the plaining out and resurfacing of the pavement, as per the design while co-operating fully with other contractors to resolve any issues. To include but not limited to:

• Produce and maintain a Construction Programme
• Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client.
• Produce monthly spend profile, forward forecasts, and calculations for any financial accruals.
• Liaise with Client and appointed Designer for technical queries.
• Liaise with Principal Designer and provide information for H&S File as the scheme progresses and on completion.
• Provide a Scheme Completion Certificate - template to be provided by Client.
