This is a tender opportunity to provide 3rd party gas auditing for council owned properties in Stoke-on-Trent. Tenderers must be able to provide a price for the: Whole of the plant, labour and the materials necessary to complete a full gas auditing service of domestic gas work. Work to include desk top audits of landlord gas safety records (LGSR's), gas work record sheets and associated documentation of work selected for audit inspection to confirm validity and compliance to current regulations and employer (Unitas) requirements. The contract is for a potential 3 years. Based on an initial 12 months with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods. Both contractor and client must be mutually satisfied in order to extend. This tender will be scored and weighted as follows: 60% Quality 40% Price
