It has been agreed that the process to implement a predictive modelling approach will be undertaken in 4 stages.
i) Stage 1: Engagement with councils and key stakeholders ii) Stage 2: Design of pilot activity iii) Stage 3: Delivery of pilot activity iv) Stage 4: Implementation of final Predictive Modelling approach.
This contract is for the delivery and management of Stages 1 and 2.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
