SOFT MARKET TESTING
The Council will be re-procuring the provision of long-term accommodation for people with complex and ongoing mental health needs. The contract length will be for 4 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract budget will be £37,000 per annum. We are interested to hear the views of organisations and interested parties on the delivery of this service.
The current service delivers a county wide accommodation support within Derbyshire (excluding Derby City). The contract relates to the provision of long-term housing related support services for people over the age of 16 within Derbyshire (excluding Derby City), with complex and ongoing mental health needs. This support focusses on developing and maintaining independent living.
