East Devon District Council is delighted to present an opportunity to help shape Exmouth's Seafront. A Placemaking Plan for Exmouth Town Centre and Seafront has been drafted and the Council is keen to begin delivering some of the plans aspirations, starting with some feasibility work, that will help shape two of its most popular spaces, Queens Drive Space and Beach Gardens.
The Council would like to work with an experienced landscape architects practice (or similar) to create up to six design concepts for these spaces up to RIBA stage 2.
We are looking for a practice experienced in working with public spaces in a maritime location.
