This contract is for Clerk of Works Services for Morrison Busty Low Carbon Depot.
The scope of Clerk of Works Services to be provided shall encompass all relevant elements including (without limitation) the following specialist technical expertise:
1. Architectural
2. Mechanical & Electrical
3. Solar Generation
4. Battery Storage
5. Structural and civil engineering services
6. Asbestos removal
The Council has submitted an ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) application for the funding to enable delivery of this Project. Should the Council be unsuccessful in obtaining ERDF funding the Project will not be commissioned. Progression of this procurement exercise and any award of this contract opportunity will be conditional on the Council confirming receipt of the funds from ERDF.
