Procurement of a programme from Bishop Auckland College (BACOLL) to deliver the TAQA Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement to staff working for DCC commissioned adult social care (ASC) providers.
BACOLL is a formal partner to the Care Academy and currently deliver the level 3 diploma in H&SC to providers on a rolling programme which will provide the qualification and the student base required for the students on this programme to undertake their work-based assessments to complete the qualification.
This is a single supplier negotiation as the course complements existing fully funded programmes already being delivered through BACOLL and promoted by the Care Academy.
