The Authority seeks suitably qualified installers of Lead Water Pipes for the Lead Water Pipe Renewal for a period of twelve months. Providers must be aware that they MUST be able to confirm that they are a current registered Member of the Water Industry Approved Plumbers' Scheme (WIAPS) and able to provide a WIAPS "Certificate of Compliance" on completion of the works as required by Northumbrian Water Ltd.
