New North Quay is located in St Helier, Jersey and is a man-made in filled granite structure with a concrete. These works are located on an operational quay, with the only LOLO operations for the Island of Jersey so it is imperative that the disruption to operations is kept to a minimum. \r
Ports of Jersey are looking to procure a design and install solution that will need to last a minimum of 7 years. \r
The existing underlying infill material is weak, and 'fines' have been washed out due to rising and falling tides. St Helier has a tidal range of approximately 12m. \r
