London Borough of Hounslow wish to carry out the installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI), and all associated works at Holly House.
All works to be undertaken in accordance with this specification, the M&E performance specifications, LB Hounslow performance specification and PAS 2030 2017 requirements.
The windows and doors will be replaced in conjunction with the EWI works with new UPVC windows and doors in accordance with the LB Hounslow performance specification.
