Nottingham City Council has awarded a call-off contract under Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6098 - Technology Products & Associated Services 2, Lot 1, following a further competition.
The contract is for the supply of 22 server systems to support the Council's on-premise Microsoft Hyper-V environment, together with associated server connectivity components, Cisco-compatible optical networking modules and IBM/Brocade 64Gb Fibre Channel port licences and transceivers.
The contract also includes five-year manufacturer-supported warranty and support for the server hardware, associated firmware and driver support, delivery and related fulfilment requirements.
The successful supplier is Centerprise International Limited.
