The works to be carried out include: Phase 1 Cast concrete casings to steel columns.
Clean down and prepare 10nr steel columns and case in concrete, generally up to approx. 2.5m height (see tender docs for precise spec). Include for making good/ extending tanking around the new columns and for making good/extending tiled wall and floor finishes around the new column casings
