Replacement of external under canopies walkways light fittings, lobbies, stairwells & perimeter light fittings to LED units, installation of 20mm galvanised conduit, replacement of communal areas consumer units including rewiring of all outgoing communal circuits, rewiring to new external lighting/replacements of fittings including installation of three new 5M columns. No access is required into resident's individual properties. All works is within communal areas.
