Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites Tenders for the provision of qualified and experienced suppliers for the maintenance, servicing and repair of our grounds maintenance and arboriculture equipment. We are looking for one supplier who will service all areas.
The proposed Contract will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further two years. This is subject to satisfactory performance. Performance will be reviewed against KPIs (key performance indicators) which are detailed within section 3 of the ITT and will be monitored throughout the duration of this contract. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
