This contract is for a single project to carry out office refurbishment works, existing furniture disposal / re-cycling, new furniture supply and move management to support the development of a flexible working accommodation. This will enable NNL to make best use of the office, whilst operating a hybrid working arrangement.
Activities includes:
⢠Strip Out and Removals
⢠Refurbish Toilet and Tea Point, Create Vending Rooms & Breakout Areas
⢠Mechanical and electrical modification works
⢠Partitioning reconfiguration & new Decoration and Flooring Works
⢠New Furniture and Move Management
The contract duration is expected to be 12 months post award (Eight Weeks for the delivery Phase and 44 weeks of Post-delivery contract management.
