Hastings Borough Council has committed to reducing the number of rough sleepers and is looking for a contractor to provide the following services for this project :
Hire of a venue to provide an open -access day centre for rough sleepers in Hastings at least 2 days per week
Organise at least 2 street activity sessions for rough sleepers each week
Provide a minimum of 2 Housing First Navigators to provide support for service users
