Carry out Quarterly, Bi-annual, and annual maintenance of the carrier cooling systems installed at the Abuja and Lagos Offices which includes chillers, Air handling units, pumps, and associated sensors, actuators, and valves.
Service provider must be a Carrier partner licenced to maintain carrier units.
Maintenance must be carried out in line with manufacturer specification, and the attached scope document for HVAC maintenance.
Evidence of Health & Safety training including certification/license to maintain specialist equipment will be required.
