The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Home Office Early Intervention Youth Crime Fund which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The successful Tenderer shall appoint a single Project Officer or full time equivalent (FTE) to an agreed Job Description / Person Specification to lead on the development and delivery of the Project. The Provider will ensure appropriate management of the Project Officer. The term of the Contract will be for 1 year. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 1 July 2019.
