The Council are running this Pre-procurement market engagement (PPME) as they are looking at procuring a system or systems that can meet its requirements with minimal be-spoking and customisation. This is due to resource demands and a number of change programmes as well as cost.
The system will be required to deliver the following two distinct solutions;
1. Call and Query Management
2. Employee Relations Case Management
Additional information: To participate in this PPME, organisations must submit their completed Supplier Questionnaire, together with any supporting documents, through the In-Tend system by the return deadline of 12.00 Noon 31 January 2022.
