Requirement: Flexible 3-Year Early Talent (Graduate) Recruitment
The Service Provider shall provide the Customer with a 3-years call-down basis for Early Talent (Graduate) Recruitment. The Customer cannot guarantee an intake each year and shall notify the Service Provider in advance.

ï§ Provision of online/psychometric testing and other assessment materials.
ï§ Candidate briefing and confirmation for Assessment Centre
Candidate Attraction, University Engagement and coordination of webinar
ï§ Advertising with selection of job boards
ï§ Proactive engagement with universities
ï§ Coordination with MillionPlus for localized exposure
ï§ Coordination of Ofwat Webinar (inviting candidates / promoting to Uni's etc)
ï§ Support to target increasingly diverse cohorts that better reflect the communities Ofwat serves
Virtual Assessment Centre License and Provision
ï§ Provision of assessment centre facilitation (additional cost for administrative facilitator @ £300.00 ex VAT per day.).

ï§ Provision of dedicated resource with agreed points of contact
