We currently have a small fleet of ride-on tugs, plus various powered and manual pallet handling equipment. Typical loads include Trailers, 770 litre wheeled bins, cages, linen trolleys, theatre trolleys and meal trolleys. We wish to replace the existing fleet with Pedestrian Movers.
Vehicles would need to be suitable for indoor and outdoor use and navigate inclines. The charging bay is down a short external ramp and a longer internal ramp to the upper floor is regularly used. The minimum requirement for these is:
⢠A minimum on-board payload of 100kg with a `cage' or similar
⢠A minimum towing capacity of 4,000kg
⢠Sealed, maintenance-free batteries
⢠Tortoise mode
⢠Keyless operation
