Consultancy services for a Feasibility Study and Surveys at York Rise Orpington

The Council would now like to commission detailed surveys that will determine the full viability and any associated costs of preparing the site for housing. For clarity we are not looking for a consultant to consider the housing development, but instead to assess the requirements and associated costs of preparing the site and produce a Report on the sites' suitability.

The Council is seeking a suitable consultant to undertake the following surveys, and analyse the outcome of these surveys for the proposed intended purpose of housing development: Refer to the Client Brief document.r housing development.
