Purchase via the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 12 Framework of a cloud based regulatory services solution to replace the existing on-premise system. This software enables the management of inspections, complaints, samples, notices and other investigations and enables intelligent case association. This call off agreement includes licensed for 40 users, all consultancy and implementation costs as well as annual licensing; hosting and maintenance costs.
The Contract is being awarded on a 2+1+1 basis.
