Rollestone Camp Kitchen Construction

This works package is for the construction of a replacement kitchen dining facility. The works will include the provision of all Materials, Labour, Plant and Equipment and where appropriate Design Works, to achieve fully functioning and compliant kitchen dining facility in accordance with Building Regulations, Joint Service Publications (JSP) and specialist MOD Catering Standards, the designs and specifications. The work includes but is not limited to;

• Excavation to form reduced levels for buildings.
• Digging and laying foundations.
• Digging out service trenches for water and electrics.
• Laying and backfilling of underground services
• Construction of buildings and other ancillary structures including but not limited to; Steel Frame, blockwork, cladding, roofing.
• Placement of materials and components for infrastructure and buildings.
• Finishing of building's exterior.
• Site preparation and set up.
• General groundworks preparations.
• Site Clearance.
• Above and Below Ground Drainage including grease traps, attenuation tank and pumping station.
• Installation and connection to LV power supplies.
• Supply, install, test and commission all, inc specialist, kitchen equipment.
• Supply and fit all plant items, including but not limited to HVAC and AC unit.
• All landscaping including fencing.
• Installation of Roads, paths and hard standings, including all associated civils works.
• Installation of steelwork.
• Supply, fit and testing of Photo Voltaic systems
• All required testing and commissioning of all installed M&E services.
• Production of a full suite of O&M documents, as built drawings and development of a H&S file, in accordance with CDM regulations 2015.

The client requires all work completing within FY 24/25 and a DREAM Excellent rating must be achieved, the tender process will be subject to a MEAT evaluation which will require responses to a technical question set.
