Waltham Forest Council Employers Requirements (ERs)

We are seeking to appoint a consultant to produce a fully developed set of Council Employers Requirements (ERs). The Councils' ERs will be the primary document of reference for developers, including the Council's wholly owned housing company Sixty Bricks, in understanding the design criteria and performance objectives that must be adhered to when delivering homes on the Council's behalf. The ERs must be appropriate for use with different types of contract including, but not limited to, JCT and NEC.
