We are looking to commission an organisation or individual to create a new permanent artwork or design intervention within the new garden. Thematically, the work should reflect Her late Majesty's favourite plants and flowers and developed in consultation with the Royal Horticultural Society, Royal Collection Trust and Buckingham Palace.
The artwork/design should form a key part of the garden experience and can be in the form of an archway, freestanding sculptural work, kinetic sculpture, lighting scheme, or inscription on elements of the agreed garden hard landscaping and seating. There is also scope for a sound installation.
