refurbishment works at 294 Leyland Lane, Leyland

Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties 294 Leyland Lane, Leyland. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

• Internal refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters.
• Associated plumbing and M&E services to the refurbishment.
• Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.
• Groundworks to the external areas.

Site Visits

All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on Thursday 5th October 2023 between 9am and 2pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection.
