The primary objective of this procurement is to appoint potential bidding organisation(s) to a Framework for the hire of their venue(s) relating to the following Geographical Lot(s) on an as and when required basis:

• Lot 1 - North Durham Cohort - SEND Provision

• Lot 2 - North Durham Cohort - Adult Education and Community Learning Provision & Apprenticeship

• Lot 3 - South Durham Cohort - SEND Provision

• Lot 4 - South Durham Cohort - Adult Education and Community Learning Provision & Apprenticeship

• Lot 5 - East Durham Cohort - SEND Provision

• Lot 6 - East Durham Cohort - Adult Education and Community Learning Provision & Apprenticeship
