Homes England - Adoption Infrastructure Works, Carr Lodge - Doncaster

The Contractor shall design and construct all remediation works at Woodfield Way in Doncaster as described in the Works Information available on ProContract, to rectify defects and bring the highway and drainage to adoptable standards. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring all necessary adopting authority approvals to enable all adoption agreements to be concluded. The contractor is required to design the works in accordance with the Works Information.

If the Contract relates to asbestos removal Contractors must be licensed by the HSE and also be members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA). In addition to ARCA we also recognise ACAD (Asbestos Control & Abatement Division).
