Space Fit For the Future - Professional Services Redesign and Fit Out - Expressions of Interest

The project comprises the redesign and then completion of an existing space within University House to create a more inspiring and efficient working environment. The whole project will incorporate approximately 5000m2 of Professional Services accommodation.

Once the redesign is approved, the contractor will then plan and deliver the proposal under a Design and Build JCT form of contract.

Lancaster University is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors interested in tendering for the above project works.

Additional information: This EOI has been made available through the University's electronic tendering portal (In-Tend). Tenderers must submit their responses to the EOI through this same portal by the deadline stipulated in the letter.
