The OC requires an experienced Consultant to provide support in delivering the different stages of the Games' journey towards carbon neutrality. At a high level, the Scope of Works includes:
â¢Validation of the carbon footprint methodology against best practice standards (pre-event).
â¢Validation of the carbon management plan and verification of the second reference carbon footprint, against best practice standards (pre-event)
â¢Verification of the final carbon footprint against best practice standards (post-event)
â¢Relevant communications and reporting support to ensure a credible and impactful narrative.
â¢Assessment of the credibility of the Games' approach to ensuring a carbon neutral legacy.)
