Alteration and Refurbishment Works at Dover Park Primary School - PSBP 2

The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of works at Dover Park Primary School, Isle of Wight.

Alterations and refurbishment works as follows: -

· Removal/renewal of roof lights, tiles, battens insulation, facias, gutters

· Renewal of all external windows and doors, automation to the main entrance door

· Refurbishment of pupil wc's

· Alterations to form larger accessible reception desk

· Removal of classroom partitions

· Renewal of all door furniture

· Provision of acoustic panels

· Insulation where required

· Decorations externally and internally

· Replacement boilers, pipework, controls, fan-coil heaters

· Water tanks removal/replacement

· Kitchen renewal of extraction hood, controls, ceiling and lighting
