We are looking for a shipping/ steel container conversion specialist to design and build two new buildings to support linen storage and distribution at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. This will be through two separate buildings. Location 1 comprises of 2 x 40 ft and 2 x 20 ft containers with a storage area, kitchen, WC and desks. Location 2 is for storage only and comprises of 2 x 40 ft containers. Groundworks/ site clearance by Trust with exception of ramps. Pre-qualification is that you must provide evidence of carrying out three examples of similar work.
