2.1 Durham County Council is seeking to appoint a framework of two contractors to supply Timber and Associated Materials to Durham County Council Stores at the Meadowfield Depot as well as other Council premises, and direct to sites throughout the County of Durham\r

This Contract will be available for use by Durham County Council and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Durham County Council.\r

2.3 The call off for work will be on an as and when required basis, there is no guarantee given to the amount of business to the successful contractors. The Council reserves the right to conduct any requirement process outside of the Framework where this is of a significant nature or of specialist provision or where it is of the opinion of the Council the requirements cannot be met within the Framework or to seek value for money\r
