L&Q are looking to appoint contractors in the following areas of work.
⢠Servicing of all fire safety related equipment on all L&Q sites, including any new or transferred stock with L&Qs portfolio.
⢠Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) works
⢠Active and remediation works via servicing inspections.
The contract is split into 5 lots which are noted below.
Lot 1 - Fire Alarms
Lot 2 - AOV
Lot 3 - Curtains, extinguishers and blankets (Fire Fighting equipment)
Lot 4 - Risers and Hydrants
Lot 5 - Sprinkler Systems
