LOT 1 Children and Young People Specialist Substance Use Service\r

The Council is commissioning a Tier 3 specialist substance use service for children and young people aged 18 and under to commence 01 April 2024 with an initial period of 4 years with an option to extend for three 24-month periods, total maximum contract term of 10 years, subject to performance and evaluation.\r

This service must be locally managed and co-ordinated to ensure that it meets the needs of local children and young people and other stakeholders.\r

There will be a 6 month mobilisation period from contract award date. \r
\r
The service must commence on 01 April 2024 for an initial period of 4 years with the option to extend for three 24-month periods, total maximum contract period 10 years, subject to performance and evaluation.\r

Lot 2 Children and Young People Targeted Substance Use Service\r
\r
The Council is commissioning a Tier 2 targeted substance use service for children and young people aged 18 (see exclusion) and under to screen higher risk populations throughout Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) to:\r
Identify young people using drugs or alcohol and other psychoactive substances\r
Deliver interventions aimed at reducing harm \r
Refer to the specialist service where more intensive support is required. \r
