Provision of Fire Risk Assessments PIN

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for market testing to ensure there are a number of suitably qualified and experienced providers interested in this opportunity when it is tendered.

Radian requires a contractor to provide fire risk assessments (FRAs) in compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The contractor will complete new and review existing FRAs using a recognised standard such as PAS 79:2012 or equivalent. The risk to be assessed is 'risk to life'.
