Rother District Council is commissioning a pilot Housing and Wellbeing Hub that will support individuals in Hastings and Rother who are aged 18 years old and over who are Rough Sleepers and/or members of the Street Community and/or living in temporary accommodation.
The Provider will plan, develop, implement, operate, monitor and evaluate a Housing and Wellbeing Hub to support individuals who are Rough Sleepers and/or members of the Street Community and/or living in Temporary Accommodation.
