The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) intends to enhance the skills and capability of the commercial teams within the health family (DHSC, its executive agencies and Arm's Length Bodies) through a procurement capability programme of procurement and commercial training. There are currently approximately 1,000 commercial practitioners across these organisations. The training programme will deliver a suite of training courses and teaching materials, which are public sector specific, to new and existing staff.
DHSC wishes to engage with suppliers who might be able to help us with this training and inform our requirements.
The online market engagement event planned for 25 October 2021 has been postponed. The new date has yet to be confirmed, but suppliers who wish to remain contact in the meantime can do so at …@dhsc.gov.uk
