Maidstone Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to provide cleaning and waste clearance services for teams across our Housing Department.
This invitation to tender will be split into 4 Lots as follows:
Lot 1 - Helping you Home - hospital discharge support
Lot 2 - Temporary and Discretionary Accommodation units
Lot 3 - Maidstone Property Holdings - Private Rented Sector accommodation
Lot 4 - Window cleaning for all properties contained with Lot 2 and Lot 3.
Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement
Tender release: Wednesday 2nd November 2022
Site Visit: 22nd November 2022, 9.30am - 11.30am
Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm 16th December 2022
Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm 23d December 2022
Evaluation: w/c 2nd and 9th January 2023
Interviews: w/c 23rd January 2023
