The Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing Service (ISPHNS) will deliver the East Riding of Yorkshire Council and East Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group commissioned public health nursing services for resident children and young people aged minus 9 months to 19 (25) years (this includes the Public Health elements of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP)).
Additional information: Initial contract term is from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2027.
There are options to extend for up to two additional years with a final maximum possible termination date of 31 March 2029.
The contract value quoted (£24,500,000) assumes the maximum contract termination date is optioned.
