Hull Libraries Innovate Humber Project

Kingston Upon Hull City Council is conducting the procurement on behalf of Hull Culture & Leisure Ltd (HCAL) using the below Threshold Open Procedure. HCAL is seeking the delivery of a programme of events and workshops with expert guidance to encourage and help businesses (SME's) in the Humber Region to develop or test new ideas, products, processes, or services that are new to the business or to the market. The opportunity will be split into 5 separate Lots (Lot 1 Innovation, Max budget £50k), (Lot 2 Business Planning & Processes, Max budget £40k), (Lot 3 Finance, Funding & Investment, Max budget £40k) (Lot 4 Intellectual Property, Max budget £20k) & (Lot 5 Exporting & Trading Abroad, Max budget £20K).
