The council is a landlord to around 35,000 council tenants and leaseholders living in homes located across the borough. As a landlord the council is responsible for ensuring the provision of safe and structural integrity of our buildings and providing a secure and well-maintained environment for tenants.
The council is seeking to appoint one (1) contractor to cover borough wide repairs as well as assisting the in-house team with out of hours emergency cover. Specific duties involve rebuilding boundary and party walls, tank housings, and performing localised repointing.
