We are looking to commission a partner who will work collaboratively with council staff to explore the reasons and lived experiences behind our ethnicity pay gap and co-design a set of recommendations to address it. Upon completion of the project there may be scope to extend the contract to include the writing of our Ethnicity Pay Gap strategy.
