Warwickshire County Council is looking for an organisation (Concessionaire) to provide an online and mail order service from which Warwickshire residents would be able to order stocks of compostable food waste caddy liners.

Warwickshire County Council is looking for an organisation (Concessionaire) to provide an online and mail order service from which Warwickshire residents would be able to order stocks of compostable food waste caddy liners. The Concessionaire would handle all online and telephone ordering and payments, as well as packing and postage.

The ITQ has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system. To ensure that all Council generated e mail notifications reach your e mail in box you are advised to add the E Mail domain @in-tend.co.uk to your list of safe senders and check your spam filter settings.

Any queries or requests for clarification must be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification.

Requests for clarification will be accepted until Wednesday 4th September 2019, 12 noon
